i used to get distracted by so many stuffs! around. u know what? i haven&#039;t read this kinda technique before but i know i have discovered it all by myself. 

i use mac&#039;s stickies application and write down the task splitting them in very small chunk. and concentrate one by one. it has been working for me for a couple of months. 

anyway, its really great to know that many ppl are following this kinda technique :)_)
